Qomic is a believe system about people, their environment and the interaction between them. It’s a common sense interpretation of the dynamics of the world we live in.
It’s qomic attitude to explore the borders of imagination but to withhold judgements of what’s beyond borders of perception.
_______________________________________________
It’s QOMIC to believe that every thing within borders of perception is bound to the principles of nature, which limits the being and change of every thing.
All being is the result of change. All being is subject to change.
Being is a status of change. Change is a property of being.
It’s QOMIC to think that being refers to space, the theatre of change, in which we are all spectators and actors. We are SpectActors!
As spectators we experience being and change by senses.
As actors we influence being and change by behaviour.
Brain processes close the gap between receiving sense data and physical action.
It’s QOMIC to address a degree of FIT-ness to the performing human brain.
This FIT-ness is the ability to FEEL, INTEND AND THINK, a complex of brain functions fed by sense data and conditional to acting.
Feel is about affections (PATHOS).
Think is about cognitions (LOGOS).
Intend is about values (ETHOS).
These are related to each other.
The unique degree of development of the combination enables us humans to affect being and change in order to meet individual DRIVES, NEEDS and AMBITIONS.
This requires a choice out of behavioural options.
The quality of life is a result of the quality of choices.
This makes it QOMIC to conclude that making choices is the major activity of the human brain.
Making choices requires the power of mental FIT-ness.
Making choices also requires the freedom to make them.
Besides by NATURE this freedom is limited by CULTURE and NURTURE.
Free to act and aware of the limits to the freedom to act, we are accountable for choices and consequential behaviour.
It’s QOMIC to think that this is basic for a social society.
It’s also QOMIC to know that there is a lot more to say about the issues mentioned.
