Einstein redefined the 4 dimensional manifold of space and time. It is qomic to think that every thing fits in that system that also can be explained in terms of "being" and "change". We are all part of that system and to a certain degree we even understand it. This enables us, again within limits, to influence our environment deliberatly.
That's why "What we feel and think about particular "being" and "change" is so important.
