The core of our business is the development and publishing of tools and concepts for mind cruising, mind mapping and mind sharing.

• Taking you on MIND CRUISES to explore the borders of perception and imagination is our way to guide you towards insight and meaningfull aspirations. It's a knowledge and inspiration tool based on best practices of questioning and storytelling. The focus of mind cruising is to develop a VISION on the issue from several perspectives.
• Next phase is to establish a MISSION. Choices have to be made about (priority of) goals and strategies. MIND MAPPING is a well known tool to focus attention, to stimulate creativity, to describe options and to visualize the results of the process. We consider mind and concept mapping techniques, enforced by trackrecords that facilitate scenarios and riskanalysis, to be very effective to "frame", "freeze" and quantify the story you like to become true.
• Having firm intentions and a good plan to proceed is half the job. Nothing will happen however the way you want without actually doing the things that need to be done. It's time for ACTION and to involve others who have to provide for the resources or are affected on other ways by your plans. That's not only a matter of distributing information. A succesfull project requires that all stakeholders are inspired to contribute to the best of their abilities. To bring people in the mood to cooperate or to eliminate resistance to change requires a keen communicationplan with a balanced mix of rational, emotional and intentional appeal. • A platform of corporate intelligence, "the Qomic Plaza". The virtual plaza will serve as the portal to find information, tools and support.

The Qomic Plaza is also a huge ideologic experiment and for that reason very lively. It's reconstruction and the design and erection of "the house of corporate intelligence" will become on line events supported by the future owners, inhabitants or other users of adjacent buidlings.

• A consultancy network that allows easy access to qualified services of professionals specialized in change, performance, knowledge, creativity, value stream, communication, strategy and/or other (project)managent issues.

• Inspiring workshops offered by the Qomic Academy, a value management competence center. The academy offers several ways to get introduced into qomic concepts and applications as well as thematic events that bring the issues in the spotlights on a more fancy way.

We consider the knowledge we rely on, to be carefully grown bonsai rather than impressive X-mas trees decorated with shining but empty bells and balls. The Qomic Academy is the nursery garden for our common sense bonsai. They don't grow fast but steady and do well on any place at any time.
